Your hearts know in silence the secrets of the days and the nights.
But your ears thirst for the sound of your heart’s knowledge.
You would know in words that which you have always known in thought.
You would touch with your fingers the naked body of your dreams.

And it is well that you should.

The hidden well-spring of your soul must needs rise and run murmuring to the sea;
and the treasure of your infinite depths would be revealed to your eyes.
But let there be no scales to weigh your unknown treasure;
And seek not the depths of your knowledge with staff or sounding line.
For self is a sea boundless and measureless.

― Kahlil Gibran

Our brains are numb to our hearts sound, they mistake it's talking with beats, and calculate the rhythms for the wellness of human body, but what of souls? How to check wellness of souls? is it merely a sound of a hear-beat that hearts make?

We cannot listen to our hearts, but, have we tried? Close enough, you will find yourself, have a conversation with yourself, and see what you discover. Out brains are filtering heart's sounds because of all the noise around, so, give yourself some time away from everyone, and talk to yourself. The truth about you lies somewhere in your heart, and you need to listen to that, and this conversation needs utter silence.

The moment you loose yourself, you let silence in. This is the brief moment that Budha might have experienced and it comes to the seekers and anxious ones, It has the Joy, yet it is painful.

Why are you so afraid of silence,
silence is the root of everything.
If you spiral into its void,
a hundred voices will thunder messages you long to hear.
― Rumi – ‘Hidden Music’ – Maryam Mafi & Azima Melita Kolin

“Keep silence,” be mute;
if you have not yet become the tongue of God, be an ear.
